Our Chiropractor

Dr. Anthony Lai was born in Ontario, Canada and is a registered Chiropractor in Hong Kong. In 2021, Dr. Lai transitioned back to Hong Kong where his family resides, which led to Respine Hong Kong. His vision is to provide high quality chiropractic care the Hong Kong community. Respine Hong Kong is inspired by his father; who suffered from chronic low back pain when caring for Dr. Lai during his childhood.

Throughout the years, Dr. Lai has participated in multiple charitable organizations such as Lions’ Club, Médecins Sans Frontières and Sowers Action. Dr. Lai was awarded an honorary consultant during his mission trip to India, for providing neuro-structural chiropractic care to their local community. He has also dedicated time slots in his busy schedule to host outreaches and health talks every month in promoting spinal health and well-being. (Please refer to events). In addition, Dr. Lai is also an honorary consultant for the Children’s Chiropractic Foundation in Hong Kong; a non-profit organization that provides services for low-income families.

Dr. Lai is the current Ethics and Education executive committee for the Chiropractic Doctors’ Association of Hong Kong and Education Committe member under the Chiropractors Council of Hong Kong. 

In his spare time, Dr. Lai loves to travel and explore different cities. He believes that “food is a gateway to culture” to which nothing beats great food with better company!
